Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Dostawa żywności na rok 2023 dla 43 Wojskowego Oddziału Gospodarczego. 2. Zamawiający informuje, że przewiduje korzystanie z zamówień opcjonalnych (prawo opcji), zgodnie z zapisami wzoru umowy stanowiącej Załącznik nr 7 do SWZ. Zamawiający w załączniku nr 6a-6x do SWZ (formularze cenowe) określa podstawowy poziom zamówienia, który może poszerzyć poprzez zwiększenie ilości do 200% wartości zamówienia podstawowego. 3. Zamawiający wymaga zaoferowania w zamówieniu opcjonalnym produktów spożywczych tożsamych z zaoferowanymi w zamówieniu podstawowych. 4. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w załączniku nr 8 do SIWZ.
