The refurbishment and modernisation of the residential complex, consisting of three houses, at Lombarden Strasse 6-10 in Aachen, is intended to remedy the structural defects and modernise the complex to the latest standard. The entire project is divided into three construction phases. For practical reasons, each house will train a construction phase.
