Description

Der Auftraggeber plant, das bestehende Forschungszentrum „Drug Delivery Innovation Center @ Invite“ (DDIC) im Chempark Leverkusen durch einen zweigeschossigen Anbau an das bestehende Gebäude W 32 zu erweitern. Das erste Stockwerk soll aus Büroflächen für bis zu 25 Arbeitsplätzen sowie Besprechungsräumen bestehen. Im Erdgeschoss sollen Laborräume entstehen, die flexibel für wechselnde Aufgabenstellungen im Bereich der Wirkstoffformulierung und Herstellverfahren für Solida und Liquida ausgelegt werden. Dieser Laborbereich soll einen baulich abgetrennten Teilabschnitt enthalten, in dem auch hoch potente Wirkstoffe (Gefahrstoffklasse G > 3a, OEB > 3) verarbeitet werden können. In den übrigen Abschnitten soll eine Beschränkung auf nieder- und mittelpotente Wirkstoffe gelten.
