Pagrindiniai šio pirkimo darbai ir paslaugos yra: komunalinių atliekų mechaninio rūšiavimo pastatų, statinių ir įrenginių o taip pat visos bendros mechaninio biologinio apdorojimo įrenginiams reikalingos infrastruktūros bei biologiškai skaidžios frakcijos biologinio apdorojimo, pilnai ją stabilizuojant, pastatų, statinių ir įrenginių techninio darbo projekto arba techninio ir darbo projektų parengimas; statybą leidžiančio dokumento gavimas; komunalinių atliekų mechaninio biologinio apdorojimo (MBA) pastatų, statinių, įrenginių bei reikalingos inžinerinės infrastuktūros statyba ir įrengimas; pastatytos komunalinių atliekų mechaninio biologinio apdorojimo (MBA) infrastuktūros eksploatacija, valdymas ir priežiūra.
