Description

The Municipal Users’ Association for Information and Communications Technology (KAI) is an association of municipalities from the federal states of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Lower Saxony, North Rhine-Westphalia and Schleswig-Holstein.
The KAI will withdraw from the financial software development process and its member municipalities are invited to replace them by 31.12.2022. For this reason, joint procurement is foreseen in accordance with § 4 VgV. The contracting authority is the Hanseatic City of Buxtehude, which operationally manages the tender. It is supported by the consultancy firm Loesungenfind. org GbR.
