Description

Gemeente Roosendaal is voornemens een overeenkomst te verstrekken voor dienstverlening om verduurzaming van woningen en appartementen te realiseren. Dit betreft een ontzorgingsroute die zowel technisch advies over verduurzamen geeft, als bewoners begeleidt bij het aanvragen van subsidies en offertes. De aanbestedende dienst wenst met één inschrijver een overeenkomst te sluiten. De Overeenkomst heeft een initiële looptijd van twee jaar, met een optionele verlenging van maximaal twee keer één jaar. De omvang van de overeenkomst bestaat uit het verduurzamen van 465 woningen. Voor deze eerste tranche is door de gemeente subsidie verkregen vanuit het Volkshuisvestingsfonds. In totaal gaat het om een aantal van 1395 woningen die verduurzaamd moeten worden. Subsidie voor deze overige woningen is nog niet verkregen, maar hier wordt wel rekening mee gehouden voor de toekomst.
