Vedligeholdelse omfatter:
Online-adgang til nyeste produktopgraderinger, opdateringer, fejlrettelser og servicepakker.
Support omfatter:
Bistand til installation, herunder opgraderinger og licensering.
Teknisk support enten via telefon, e-mail eller hjemmeside.
