Description

Het voorwerp van de opdracht betreft het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst met meerdere deelnemers voor het inhuren van externe medewerkers binnen de dienst IT Services.
Na de gunning van de raamovereenkomst wordt er, na bepaling van de behoefte van District09, een mini-competitie georganiseerd onder de deelnemers aan de raamovereenkomst voor de toewijzing van elke concrete bestelopdracht in het kader van de raamovereenkomst, overeenkomstig de modaliteiten die in het Bestek zijn uiteengezet en die zullen worden bepaald door District09 bij het uitschrijven van de concrete bestelopdracht.
