Description

The contract concerns a framework contract covering products and services in all the categories fixed, mobile, xDSL and terminals and accessories. The contract shall be concluded with one and the same supplier for all municipalities. The contract covers the following mandatory products and services within the fixed network category:
*) PSTN.
*) ISDN2.
*) ISDN30 (preferably via SIP trunk).
The above is supplied as consumption and flatrate.
Within the mobile category, the following shall be provided:
*) Mobile GSM basic subscription.
*) Mobile 3G subscription.
*) Broadband mobile broadband subscription.
*) Secure connection of the customer’s mobile data traffic (e.g. home rental) to the Kunden network.
The above is supplied in the form of consumption and various types of flatrate.
Within the category xDSL, the following shall be provided:
*) 4 predefined bandwidths.
*) The 4 bandwidths are supplied as “basic product”, “standard product” and “add-on product”.
(*) Miscellaneous add-on products, including secure connection to the Kunden network using e.g. MPLS.
Within the category of terminals, the following shall be provided:
*) 6 predefined mobile terminal types.
(*) Accessories, including charger, dataable, etc.
*) Preparation services including mail and calendar synchronisation.
All 4 categories include services within:
*) Project management for clarification phase.
*) Project management for Migratory/porting of subscriptions and functionality.
*) Service-management functions during the operating period.
All participating municipalities want to achieve significant savings in the area of telephony as well as in the management of the telephony area.The tender covers the municipalities’ overall commitment to telecommunications services – with the exception of WAN connections and selected areas (e.g. xDSL and mobile data, which for selected municipalities are covered by existing contracts for a period of time).
