Description

Uppdraget omfattar mottagande och hantering av schaktmassor och relaterat material som uppstår i entreprenader som utförs i Kristianstads kommun. Med schaktmassor avses primärt lera, jord och torv enligt Naturvårdsverkets gällande klassificeringslista "Riktvärden för förorenad mark", med klassificering Mindre känslig markanvändning (MKM) och Känslig markanvändning (KM), fördelat på ca 80% upp till KM och 20% upp till MKM. Uppdraget omfattar också avrop av hjullastare med sorteringsverk, samt möjlighet för kommunen att återköpa matjord/anläggningsjord. Schaktmassorna är vid leverans klassade vilket baseras på krav för framtida markanvändning. Kristianstads kommun ansvarar för klassning vilken i normalfallet baseras på jordprovtagning och analys av ett samlingsprov upp till ca 200 m3. Uppdraget omfattar ej transport av massor.
