Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of reactive services of existing Microsoft Exchange platforms and solutions, SharePoint, Active Directory, Microsoft system center configuration manager and others aimed at: a) ensuring technological support, operational support and maintenance of the infrastructure in the expected range of 600 man-days, b) providing development and security services in the expected range of 600 man-days. The performance of the subject-matter of the contract shall result in: - ensuring the continuous functionality of the key IT systems of the contracting authority that are essential for the performance of its tasks, - minimising the risks associated with the security of the IT infrastructure and the protection of sensitive data processed in the contracting authority's IT systems, - streamlining the operation of IT systems through the modernisation and development of existing solutions, ensuring greater performance, stability and accessibility for end-users, - fulfilling legislative and operational requirements in the field of IT security and the operation of public administration information systems.
