Description

The object of this contract is the evolutionary and corrective development services of several information systems of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Sport destined to electronic administration and that need to be evolved to implement new management functionalities and technological changes necessary for its correct functioning. The services included in the subject of the contract include the cycle of requirements taking, analysis, design, construction, testing, documentation and delivery of the products to be implemented in the production environment. The contracted services will be a support for the development team of the IT Service, in terms of the definition of technological architectures, use of novel technologies and migration of old systems. Framed in this contract, is the technological and functional update of these information systems of the Ministry, as well as the related information systems, in order to implement the complete relationship with the interested parties by electronic means. These systems are integrated and share data and processes. The functional processes have common components among them, so the contracting of their evolution has to be carried out jointly, and the updating of these systems is oriented towards the complete digital management of the electronic file. The information systems covered by the deliverables of this contract are as follows: -Processor of electronic documents of Culture and Tourism, application DECT, and Web forms in electronic headquarters ORBEON. -Application for the inspection of tourism AITUR, Registry of Tourism and Census of promotion of the tourist activity of Castilla y León RETU and System of Support to the Tourist Inspection SAIT. -Management of the Network of Theatres and Scenic Circuits of Castilla y León, ARES application. -Sport in School Age of Castilla y León, application DEBA.
