Description

Phalsburg (Moselle) – La Horie district. Maintenance of the supervision system – maintenance and updating of the Panorama software package. The contract is at a mixed price and is divided into two types of service:
— flat-rate services, part of the contract, initiated as soon as the contract has been notified without issuing an order form;
— unit price services, part of framework agreement to mono-successful order forms, shall be the subject of order forms. This part is carried out in accordance with Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
