Project management mission for the construction of a new fire station in Belleville en Beaujolais and shared communal spaces - Restricted competition on sketch
This consultation concerns a project management mission for the construction of a new fire station in Belleville en Beaujolais and shared communal areas, the floor area of which is estimated at approximately 1 339 m² (including 1094 m² of premises for SDMIS and 245 m² of shared premises). The current barracks of Belleville en Beaujolais is located in the city center. The building is aging (functionally and energetically). The location in a dense fabric does not allow a suitable extension of the barracks to meet the projected needs. A new construction is therefore necessary to best adapt the functionality of the premises and the energy and environmental performance of the building. In order to facilitate the implementation of SDMIS on the territory, the municipality of Belleville en Beaujolais will carry out the construction of the barracks project. SDMIS and Commune are both engaged in a reflection on the pooling of spaces and the development of a model of "barracks of tomorrow". Consequently, the functional program of the building includes spaces for the fire station (BASE), but also for communal uses (OPTION) (multipurpose spaces, medical spaces, in connection with the economic services of the CCSB, etc.)
