Description

1. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest dostawa zestawu do endoskopii laryngologicznej do Przychodni przy ul. Chmielnej 14 w Warszawie. Przedmiot zamówienia musi obejmować również m.in. rozładunek, wniesienie, montaż, uruchomienie, przeszkolenie pracowników w miejscu dostawy, w zakresie prawidłowej obsługi oraz odbiór opakowań.
2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz wymagań Zamawiającego został zawarty w Załączniku nr 2 i Załączniku nr 7 do SWZ.
