Description

3.1. Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou dodávky léčivých přípravků 2 ATC skupin dle specifikace a za podmínek uvedených v přílohách č. 2 (Specifikace jednotlivých částí veřejné zakázky) a č. 3 (Vzor kupní smlouvy) zadávací dokumentace.
3.2. Veřejná zakázka je rozdělena na celkem 2 části podle jednotlivých ATC skupin dle specifikace v příloze č. 2 zadávací dokumentace.
3.3. Požadavky zadavatele jsou pro všechny části veřejné zakázky stanoveny shodně, pokud není v dalších ustanoveních zadávací dokumentace uvedeno jinak.
3.4. Dodavatelé jsou oprávněni podat nabídku na jednu část, více částí či všechny části veřejné zakázky.
