Description

The purpose of initiating the procedure is to award the contract for the supply of protective materials, sanitary materials and other medical supplies, by concluding framework agreements for 3 years, the duration of which may be extended by addendum, with the agreement of the parties, by a maximum of 12 months, in accordance with Article 221, paragraph 1, letter a, Law 98/2016, in accordance with the specifications. The deadline for requesting clarifications is 18 days before the deadline for submitting tenders/candidates. The clear and complete reply will be sent at least 10 days before the closing date for submission of tenders.
