The subject of this contract is the construction of a covered sports complex in Joinville-le-Pont comprising a large multi-sport room, a gymnasium, a boxing room and ancillary areas. The building will consist of three levels: Ground floor, R+1 and technical mezzanine. The contract is launched in two separate procedures. This procedure concerns lots 1, 2, 4 to 8, 13, 14 and 16 which have been awarded in an open tender procedure. The other lots will be placed in an adapted procedure in accordance with Article R.2123-1 of the Public Order Code ("small lots").
