Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou průběžné a opakované dodávky samostatných sterilních operačních roušek, návleků a příslušenství, které budou realizovány na základě dílčích objednávek dle potřeb zadavatele. Operační roušky a další materiál vymezený zadávací dokumentací je určený pro operační sály zadavatele a musí splňovat požadavky nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2017/745 ze dne 5. dubna 2017 o zdravotnických prostředcích, zákona č. 375/2022 Sb. o zdravotnických prostředcích a diagnostických zdravotnických prostředcích in vitro, zákona 22/1997 Sb. o technických požadavcích na výrobky, harmonizované normy ČSN EN 13795-1 (855810) v platném znění a dalších platných předpisů.
