Surveys, terrain measurements and soil surveys in the South-East Finland ELY area 2016-2019 (framework contract) comprise the following sub-packages:
(1) terrain surveying and mapping work.
(2) soil studies.
The operator may register for one or both sub-blocks and must indicate in its letter(s) the sub-component(s) concerned.
During the period of validity of the framework contract, individual assignments may be financed not only by the South-East Finland ELY but also by municipalities and regional federations in the region.
