The acquisition covers the maintenance of national groundwater stations during the contract period 1.4.2025 - 31.3.2028. The service package ordered in this procurement includes the following tasks: * maintenance of groundwater level stations * reporting and data provision The procurement is divided into three different procurement areas, for which separate tenders are requested: 1) Northern procurement area, 2) Western procurement area, and 3) Eastern procurement area. The Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment for South Ostrobothnia orders the services described in the service description and other tender documents during the contract period. Tenderers may provide a service to one or more procurement areas. By procurement area, the contract may be extended with an option during the period 1 April 2028 - 31 March 2031. Negotiations on the use of the option shall be conducted at the initiative of the subscriber no later than September 2027. The decision on the use of the option must be made by 31 October 2027.
