Gegenstand des Vertrages ist die zeitlich befristete Überlassung von Standardsoftware des Herstellers Atlassian sowie sämtlicher über den Marketplace von Atlassian verfügbaren Leistungen (z.B. Add-ons) zur Nutzung durch den Auftraggeber und den verbundenen Unternehmen sowie die Erbringung der zugehörigen Pflege- und Supportleistungen.
