Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of furniture and assembly to the organisational units of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Common Procurement Vocabulary: 391 1. The subject-matter of the contract is described in Annex A to the SWZ. 2. By the closing date for the submission of tenders, the contractor submitting the tender shall provide the means of proof in question in the form of a presentation of assembled furniture: Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, Adam Mickiewicz University 1) Staff swivel chair – item No 1 of Annex A to the SWZ Student Affairs Section 2) stationary chair – item No 8 of Annex A to the SWZ. 3. These means of proof will be examined by the Contracting Authority for compliance with the description of the subject-matter of the contract. It is not required that the furniture and chairs required for the presentation are made in the color of the board, frame, indicated in the description of the subject of the contract. 5. Presentation in the form of assembled furniture referred to in para. 3 will be rejected in the event of non-compliance of the presented furniture with the description of the subject of the contract indicated in Annex A to the SWZ. It is not possible to supplement these means of proof under Article 107(2) of the Public Procurement Law, as these means of proof serve at the same time to confirm compliance with the criteria for the evaluation of tenders set out in the description of the criteria for the evaluation of tenders. Failure to deliver by the indicated date of presentation will result in rejection of the offer. The Contractor may propose an assortment equivalent to the one specified in the description of the subject of the contract, which must meet the condition that it is a minimum of the same class, or with the same parameters as expected by the Contracting Authority, i.e. the equivalent assortment must meet or exceed the technical and operational requirements described by the Contracting Authority in the SWZ. The Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to demonstrate that the furniture offered by him meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. 10. The Contractor shall indicate in the last column the name of the manufacturer, the full name and symbol of the furniture or equipment, the name of the system it values and which will be delivered to the Ordering Party after signing the contract. 11. The Contractor shall attach to each priced piece of furniture the evidence in question in the form of a separate catalogue card, which must be submitted together with the offer 12.The Contractor shall provide a minimum 36-month quality guarantee for the delivered furniture. The duration of the guarantee is calculated from the date on which the acceptance protocol is signed.The duration of the guarantee is one of the criteria for the evaluation of tenders. 13.The Contractor shall attach to the tender the means of proof in question in the form of documents (certificates and attestations or other equivalent documents) which confirm the conformity of the furniture with the described standards, listed in Annex A to the SWZ.
