It is not possible to supplement these means of proof under Article 107(2) of the Public Procurement Law, as these means of proof serve at the same time to confirm compliance with the criteria for the evaluation of tenders set out in the description of the criteria for the evaluation of tenders. The Contractor shall attach to each priced piece of furniture the evidence in question in the form of a separate catalogue card, which must be submitted together with the offer 12.The Contractor shall provide a minimum 36-month quality guarantee for the delivered furniture. The duration of the guarantee is calculated from the date on which the acceptance protocol is signed.The duration of the guarantee is one of the criteria for the evaluation of tenders. 13.The Contractor shall attach to the tender the means of proof in question in the form of documents (certificates and attestations or other equivalent documents) which confirm the conformity of the furniture with the described standards, listed in Annex A to the SWZ.
