Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the provision of public transport services in the area of activity of the Jurassic District and Municipal Association ‘Communication Jurassic’. 2. The scope of the contract covers the provision of regular passenger transport services on the following lines of the communication network organised by the Jurassic District and Municipal Association ‘Communication Jurassic’: 1) 101 Częstochowa, Bus Station - Alexandria 2) 102 Częstochowa, Bus Station - Jamki 3) 103 Częstochowa, Bus Station - Leśniaki 4) 104 Częstochowa, Bus Station - Starcza 5) 105 Aleksandria - Blachownia 6) 164 Częstochowa, Bus Station - Starcza 7) 166 Częstochowa, Bus Station - Starcza 8) 169 Częstochowa, Bus Station - Częstochowa, Bus Station 3. The subject-matter of the contract should be carried out on the basis of the assumptions set out in the Description of the subject-matter of the contract (Annex 10 to the FTZ) and on the terms and conditions set out in the model contract covering the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the content of that contract (Annex 11 to the FTZ). All the requirements set out in the documents indicated above are minimum requirements and their fulfilment is mandatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the tender as non-compliant with the terms of the contract on the basis of Art. 1 point 5 of the PPL Act.
