Description

The object of the contract is to carry out all the precise and necessary activities for the maintenance and support of the Aljarafesa ERP Management System (abbreviated ERP), based on the Oracle JD Edwards 9.2. With this service, all the necessary maintenance tasks will be undertaken to meet the needs that may arise for Aljarafesa in relation to the ERP, and the system must even be equipped with new modules and the necessary capacity to guarantee its complete functionality and its correct operation. Where appropriate, a consultancy and support service for technical and training aspects should be included. The detail, characteristics and form of provision is contained in the Technical Specifications governing this contract.
