Acquisition of electricity for TLT objects
Note: Not all information for this procedure were successfully computed. Please consult linked documents for more details.
The object of the public procurement is the purchase of electricity to the places of consumption related to the activities of Tallinna Linnatransport AS as of 1 January 2026. The amount of electricity needed is expected to be around 25 000 MWh per year. The contracting authority purchases all (100%) of the required electricity as renewable energy, which is produced from renewable energy sources within the meaning of § 57 of the Electricity Market Act, according to the requested electricity package, plus the Seller's margin. During the procurement period, the contracting authority buys all the electricity needed as an open supply (open supply – selling all the electricity needed by the market participant) at the hourly price of the Estonian region of Nord Pool Spot, plus the margin of the seller of the electricity purchased. The margin must include the service charge for the electricity purchased (EUR/MWh) and the service charge for the cancellation of the guarantee of origin (EUR/MWh). / Grounds for exclusion and selection criteria: See procurement documents
