Description

Met deze aanbesteding wordt beoogd na een Europese niet - openbare procedure te komen tot 1 contractant, welke middels deelopdrachten de komende 4 jaar alle kunstwerken zal gaan uitvoeren. Dit zal per fase plaats vinden, in aansluiting op de bouwrijpwerkzaamheden.
Er moeten direct na opdrachtverstrekking 11 kunstwerken worden gerealiseerd die al zijn uitgewerkt tot besteksniveau in de vorm van een Standaard RAW overeenkomst. Deze kunstwerken moeten uiterlijk binnen 15 maanden na opdracht gereed zijn.
De overige kunstwerken worden ontworpen en gerealiseerd door de aannemer, vanuit de principe ontwerpen van de 11 ontwerpen die in deze aanbesteding worden verstrekt en toekomstige inrichtingsplannen. Het aantal bruggen dat wordt voorbereid en gerealiseerd in dit contract hangt af van het tempo en het ontwerp waarmee Nobelhorst wordt ontwikkeld.
