Description

Arbeids-og velferdsdirektoratet [the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration] needs to establish parallel framework agreements that can be used to obtain external R&D services in the form of various research, analysis and evaluation assignments. The assignment will i.a. be connected to the evaluation and analysis of NAV's services, work methods, means and performance.
Contracts shall be signed for4 different assignment types (lots) that are:
1) Evaluation and mapping;
2) Knowledge and literacy summaries;
3) Efficiency analysis and research and testing.
Tender offers can be submitted for one, multiple or all of the assignment types. Call-offs to the contract will be carried out by mini competition in the individual assignment types. Individual mini competition can consist of a combination of multiple of these assignment types.
