The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents for biochemical and immunochemical tests together with the lease of an analyser – a platform enabling simultaneous biochemical and immunochemical tests from one sampler, as well as a back-up analyser for biochemical tests. The contracting authority does not allow partial tenders to be submitted. The reason for the decision on the indivisibility of the contract is the fact that the combination of supplies of reagents and analyzers from one supplier ensures compatibility of interoperability and facilitates and establishes the determination of responsibility in the event of necessary assistance in problematic situations on one side - rapid diagnosis of the problem and the intervention needed, especially since biochemical systems are usually closed systems.
