Description

This invitation to tender concerns the tendering of the maintenance and basic cleaning services of the Nature Centre and Lakeustalo for the period 1.1.2026-31.12.2027 and possible options for the period 1.1.2028-31.12.2029 There are 2 (two) option periods of 1 (one) + 1 (one) year. The adoption of the stock option period is decided separately before the beginning of each stock option period. Properties subject to tendering: Nature Centre, address: Rantakurvi 6, 91900 Liminka. Lake House, address: Liminanraitti 10, 91900 Liminka. Two separate contracts for cleaning services will be concluded as follows: Liminka Food, Cleanliness and Real Estate Services, and this agreement covers: Cleaning of the facilities of the Liminka Nature Centre and the facilities used by the municipality of Lakeustalo. Kiinteistö Oy with Lakeustalo, and this agreement covers: Cleaning of the common areas of Lakeustalo, which are managed by Kiinteistö Oy Lakeustalo. A tender may not be bound by any other tender or by the subject-matter referred to in this invitation to tender other than as set out above.
