4.1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of a medium rescue and fire-fighting car with a 4x4 drive system for the Voluntary Fire Brigade in Rokiciny. 4.2. The material scope of the subject-matter of the contract includes, in particular: 1) delivery of the subject-matter of the contract, in accordance with Annex 1 to the SWZ, 2) handover of equipment free from defects, brand new, unused, technically efficient, complete and ready for operation medium rescue and firefighting car with a 4x4 propulsion system – hereinafter referred to as the "vehicle", without any additional purchases and investments on the part of the Ordering Party, including one equipped with all operating fluids and fuel; 3) providing the necessary technical description (in Polish), 4) providing with the order the required instructions for the vehicle chassis, fire-fighting bodies and installed devices and equipment in Polish and a set of documents necessary for vehicle registration, 5) marking the car in accordance with Annex 1, 4.3. General requirements for the subject of the contract: a) a built-in and equipped vehicle must meet the minimum requirements according to the provisions of: Road Traffic Act (consolidated text: Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1251 as amended), together with the implementing provisions of the Act.
