"Purchase of a medium rescue and firefighting car - TSO Rokiciny"
4.1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of a medium rescue and fire-fighting car with a 4x4 drive system for the Voluntary Fire Brigade in Rokiciny. 4.2. The material scope of the subject-matter of the contract includes, in particular: 1) delivery of the subject-matter of the contract, in accordance with Annex 1 to the SWZ, 2) handover of equipment free from defects, brand new, unused, technically efficient, complete and ready for operation medium rescue and firefighting car with a 4x4 propulsion system – hereinafter referred to as the "vehicle", without any additional purchases and investments on the part of the Ordering Party, including one equipped with all operating fluids and fuel; 3) providing the necessary technical description (in Polish), 4) providing with the order the required instructions for the vehicle chassis, fire-fighting bodies and installed devices and equipment in Polish and a set of documents necessary for vehicle registration, 5) marking the car in accordance with Annex 1, 4.3. General requirements for the subject of the contract: a) a built-in and equipped vehicle must meet the minimum requirements according to the provisions of: Road Traffic Act (consolidated text: Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1251 as amended), together with the implementing provisions of the Act. Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products intended to ensure the principles of public safety or the protection of health and life and property, as well as the rules for issuing the release for use of these products (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws of 2007, No 143, item 1002, as amended), - Ministerial Regulations: Internal Affairs and Administration, National Defence, Finance and Justice of 22 March 2019 on special vehicles and vehicles used for special purposes by the Police, the Internal Security Agency, the Intelligence Agency, the Military Counterintelligence Service, the Military Intelligence Service, the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, the Border Guard, the State Protection Service, the National Revenue Administration, the Prison Service and the Fire Service (Dz. Journal of Laws 2019, item 594). − Standards: PN-EN 1846-1 and PN-EN 1846-2 or equivalent standards, b) the vehicle must have a valid certificate of release for use in fire protection in Poland issued on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products intended to ensure public safety or to protect health and life and property, as well as the rules for issuing the release for use of these products (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. Journal of Laws 2007, No 143, item 1002, as amended)., (c) the certificate of release delivered at the latest on the date of receipt of the vehicle, (d) the vehicle must be marked with the operational numbers of the State Fire Service in accordance with Order No 6 of the Commander-in-Chief of the State Fire Service of 8 May 2025 on transport management in organisational units of the State Fire Service. 4.4. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, including a list of the minimum required technical and utility parameters of the vehicle, is described in Annex 1 to the FTZ.
