Description

Die Auftraggeberin projektiert die Quartiersentwicklung des neuen zur Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg (FHH) gehörenden Quartiers Fischbeker Reethen. Die Auftraggeberin beabsichtigt mit der HEnW KommunalEnergie GmbH (HKE) einen Vertrag über die Entwicklung eines ressourcenschützenden, sicheren und gleichzeitig wirtschaftlich vertretbaren Wärmeversorgungskonzepts abzuschließen, um auf einer ca. 70 ha großen Planungsgebietsfläche die Wärmeversorgung aus nach bestimmten technischen, wirtschaftlichen und ökologischen Kriterien zu errichtenden und zu betreibenden Wärmeerzeugungs- und Wärmeverteilungsanlagen sicherzustellen. Es ist beabsichtigt die Konzession für die Wärmeversorgung für die Fischbeker Reethen an die HKE im Wege der Inhouse-Vergabe zu vergeben.
