Description

La Post SA wishes to set up a chat solution (live and asynchronous) in Saas mode and associated services for the needs of its directorates, in particular the Digital Channels Directorate of the BSCC branch (Branche Service Courier Colis), the Directorate of Distribution A Distance of the Branche BGPN (Branche Grand Public and Digital), the Digital Marketing Directorate Digiposte BGPN. This tool will be used in two ways: — by the internal chatters La Poste and their managers in order to diversify the channels of communication with their clients Enterprises and Communities; and – by Customer Service to support private and professional clients and respond to their requests. The solution must comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The hosting of data must be located within the European Union (EU), a European Economic Area (EEA) country or a country recognised as adequate by the European Union. The solution will have to comply with the requirements of digital accessibility and responsible design of digital services. The solution will also have to comply with the La Poste Group’s IS security policy (PSSI-G). The consultation package to be sent to the selected candidates will specify the elements related to these requirements.
