Description

Le présent contrat est composé d'une mission de base et des éléments de mission EXE et OPC. Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au cahier des charges.
Le terrain concerné par l'opération est situé au 175 Grand'Rue à 68180 Horbourg-Wihr. Il est cadastré section 2 parcelle nos 12-14. Sa surface est de 3 970 m2 en zone UA.
Le contrat comporte une tranche ferme portant sur la construction de seize logements et une tranche optionnelle portant sur la construction de seize logements supplémentaires. Chaque tranche de travaux comporte des prescriptions identiques et sera divisée en lots, traités par marchés séparés. L'enveloppe financière affectée à chaque tranche de travaux est de 1 340 000,00 EUR HT.
