Description

Collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste indicated in the description of the contract from residential and uninhabited properties located in the Łaszczów Commune, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduction of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. OJ Journal of Laws 2024, item 399), and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality of Łaszczów.
