Description

Zadavatel, Ředitelství silnic a dálnic ČR, je v souladu s § 6 odst. 4 (nabyl účinnosti k 1.1.2021) zákona č. 134/2016 Sb., o zadávání veřejných zakázek, ve znění pozdějších předpisů (dále jen „ZZVZ“), při postupu podle ZZVZ povinen dodržovat zásady sociálně odpovědného zadávání, environmentálně odpovědného zadávání a inovací. ŘSD ČR, jakožto největší zadavatel v ČR, se rozhodlo využít komunikace s dodavateli prostřednictvím průzkumu trhu/Meet the Seller, aby u jednotlivých komodit na daném trhu jednoznačně zjistilo,které aspekty zásad odpovědného zadávaní jsou schopni dodavatelé ŘSD ČR v rámci zadávacích řízení nabídnout, a to při současném naplnění § 6 odst. 4 ZZVZ.
