Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from properties inhabited by residents located in the Municipality of Lubycza Królewska and the operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the Municipality of Lubycza Królewska. The subject-matter of the contract will be implemented in such a way as to ensure that appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods are achieved and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent for landfill is reduced, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) and implementing acts, as well as the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Lubelskie Voivodeship and local law, which are valid during the performance of the contract.
