Aanleiding voor deze aanbesteding is het uitvoeren van bouwactiviteiten voor het realiseren van de kwaliteitsimpuls openbare ruimte in buurt 1 Patio Pergola Prieel in de wijk Kersenboogerd. De opdracht betreft het vervangen van een deel van de riolering, aanbrengen van persleidingen, diverse pompgemalen, herinrichting van de openbare ruimte en het verbeteren van de speelvoorzieningen in de wijk.
