The subject-matter of the contract is the performance of a work consisting in: a) operation of mining equipment in pits Darkov 1 and Mír 5, b) operation of mining machinery in pits Darkov 1, c) daily and weekly inspections in pits Darkov 1 and Mír 5, d) maintenance of reinforcement and equipment in pits Darkov 1 and Mír 5, i.e. dismantling and installation of elements of pit equipment such as guides, spacing, support beams, pipe pulls, signal lines, corner lines, scaffolding sections, goalposts, floors, fixed and sliding fixtures, etc., e) cleaning of pit masonry and equipment from dirt (pits Darkov 1 and Mír 5), f) work with open fire in pits Darkov 1 and Mír 5 and related activities, g) work related to the removal of serious events and dangerous conditions on mining equipment in pits Darkov 1 and Mír 5, h) activities leading to the safe operation of mining equipment in pits Darkov 1 and Mír 5, including: i) elaboration of the necessary operational documentation, j) maintenance of the prescribed operational documentation in accordance with the relevant provisions of Decree No 22/1989 on health and safety at work and operational safety during mining activities and the extraction of non-reserved minerals in the underground, as amended (hereinafter referred to as ‘Decree No 22/1989’), k) management of the operation of mining equipment in the pits Darkov 1 and Mír 5, l) performance of technical supervision, m) provision of all prescribed inspections and revisions and delivery of the results of these inspections and revisions to the client.
