Description

Tuomi Logistiikka Oy pyytää Tampereen Infra Oy:n toimeksiannosta tarjouksia työterveyshuollon palveluista. Hankinnan kohteena on työterveyshuollon palvelut; ennaltaehkäisevät ja lakisääteiset työterveyspalvelut (KL1) sekä lisäksi työterveyspainotteinen sairaanhoitopalvelu (KL2) ja tarvittaessa muut täydentävät lisäpalvelut (KL0). Hankinnan kohde ja palvelulle asetetut vähimmäisvaatimukset on kuvattu tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. Hankinnan arvioitu sitomaton vuosiarvo on 300 000 euroa. Hankintasopimuksen perusteella tehtävien palvelujen määrä vaihtelee Tilaajan tarpeen mukaan, eikä hankintasopimus sisällä määrä- tai vähimmäisostovelvoitetta. Sopimuskausi on 1.1.2026-31.12.2028. Lisäksi hankintasopimus sisältää toistaiseksi voimassa olevan optiokauden.
