Description

The contract includes the programming of a business plan tool and the creation of an associated learning area aimed at entrepreneurs in the creative sectors. In addition, the contract also includes the setting up of a train the training programme and the publication of the tool, including the preparation of a marketing plan.
The contract will be built from fixed and conditional parts because of course each subsequent phase can only be launched if the previous phase is successful. The specific nature of the contract, in which the concept must first be refined and programmed only after programming, and the subsequent phase can only be started after programming, is the justification for the use of the fixed and conditional parts.
