1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical and technical gases for the Municipal Hospital in Ruda Śląska Sp. z o.o. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annexes 1 and 2 to the FTZ/Agreement and Annex 9 to the FTZ. 3. The subject of the contract was divided into 9 lots (packages). 4. The procedure is conducted in an unrestricted tender procedure, in accordance with the Public Procurement Law Act of 11 September 2019 (Journal of Laws 2019, item Journal of Laws 2024, item 1320, as amended).
