La mise à hauteur du moyen de mesure de signatures infrarouges aéroporté Cyclope nécessite une modification de ses fonctionnalités pour permettre notamment l'intégration de nouveaux capteurs, l'acquisition de prestations de compétences pour la mise en œuvre du système rénové et les prestations de maintenance préventive et curative associées, ainsi que l'acquisition éventuelle de nouveau capteurs optroniques ou écartomètre à intégrer dans le système, afin de poursuivre les prestations de DGA EV.
