Description

The objective of the procurement procedure at issue is to entrust the best bidder identified in the course of the procurement procedure with the provision of general contractor services for the production of free space in the Meischlgasse district. Although the Federal Procurement Act 2018 (BGBl I 2018/65 idgF, hereinafter ‘BVergG 2018’) is not applicable, the AG voluntarily decided to carry out the service in question using the BVergG 2018. The clients of the project in question are: 1. Family housing non-profit construction and settlement company m.b.H., 2. immo 360 grad gmbh, 3. Österreichisches Siedlungswerk non-profit housing corporation, 4. Meischlgasse 28-32 Projektentwicklung GmbH & Co KG, 5. Home construction non-profit building, housing and settlement cooperative reg.
