Description

The subject of the procurement is the annual supply of marine fuel to Jadrolina ships intended for use on board craft, namely:
— blue-coloured gas oil C.I. Solvent Blue 35, marked by indicator C.I. Solvent Yellow 124 (N-ethyl-N-2-1-isobutoxyethoxy) ethyl-4-(phenylazo) aniline) not less than 6 mg/l and not more than 9 mg/l, limit values for sulphur content of 0.1 % w/w, in accordance with the Decree on the quality of petroleum liquid fuels (NN No 113/13, 76/14, 56/15), Ordinance on the conditions and method of exemption from excise duty on energy products used as propellant for navigation (NN Nos 58/13, 72/13, 69/14, 157/14) and HRN EN 590, CPV code: 09134000-7 ‘Plin oils’ (Ordinance on the Application of the Common Procurement Vocabulary, OJ No 6/12): with an indicative volume of 37 000 000 litres per year;
— gas oil with 0.0 % FAME content (fat methyl esters), sulphur limits of 0.1 % w/w, in accordance with the Decree on the quality of petroleum derived fuels (NN No 113/13, 76/14, 56/15) and HRN EN 590, CPV code: 09134000-7 ‘Plin oils’ (Ordinance on the Application of the Common Procurement Vocabulary – NN No 6/12) in an indicative volume of 11 000 000 litres per year;
A tender must be submitted for the entire subject matter of the contract in accordance with the Cost Statement.
An integral part of the tender documents is the List of ships on local and international voyages. Local line ships use blue-coloured gas oil, classified by navigable area, quota granted by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Transport and Infrastructure, expressed in litres, the place of bunker fuel loading and the number of loadings during the week in the off-season and seasonal periods.
Ships of international routes use gas oil with 0.00 % FAME content. The list of ships on local and international voyages indicates the port of embarkation of the bunker fuel, the indicative quantity of bunker fuel, the place of loading of the bunker fuel and the number of loadings during the week of the seasonal period.
The quantities of motor fuel indicated in the Cost Statement are indicative. The contracting entity reserves the right to modify the port of embarkation according to the timetable of the voyage.
