Object of the contract: The object of this public contract within the meaning of Article 3(1)(3) of the Public Procurement Act is a ‘service’. The contract is divided into 3 /three/ lots as follows: SUMMARY POSITION No 1: ‘Major repair of road KRZ2319 from /KRZ2284, Sevdalina-Kostino/ - Rockhead-Dazhdovnitza/ KRZ 1285/ to Razhdovnitza village, Kardzhali municipality’. SUMMARY POSITION No 2: ‘Major repair of road KRZ2322 from I-5, Chernoochene-Kardzhali/ - Cherna Skala- /KRZ1433/ to the village of Cherna Skala obsht. Kardzhali’. SUMMARY POSITION No 3: ‘Major repair of road KRZ 2282 from /I-5, Kalinka-Kardzhali/- to Nevestino village, obsht. Kardzhali’. The subject-matter of the award in this contract, including for the three lots, includes the following activities: Activity No 1 – Preparation of an investment project in the technical phase of the project. Activity No 2 - Exercise of author's supervision within the meaning of the Spatial Planning Act in the execution of construction and installation works on the site. The full scope of activities is detailed in the Technical Specification attached to the contract.
