Roskilde Kommune ønsker at bruge dette dynamsike indkøbssystem til at indkøbe el-arbejde. Der vil løbende blive lagt opgaver ud i konkurrence, hvor alle kvalificeret tilbudsgivere har mulighed for at afgive tilbud på opgaven. Roskilde Kommune vil i særlige tilfælde indhente underhåndsbud, f.eks. ved opgaver, hvor arbejdet falder uden for de 7 fagområder, hvor opgaven ikke fylder 50 % inden for et fagområde eller andre særlige arbejdsopgaver.
