Description

economic activities that cause significant damage to any of the environmental objectives. The requirement arises from: Regulation (EU) 2021/241 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 February 2021 establishing the Recovery and Resilience Facility. (b) Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 June 2020 on the establishment of a framework to facilitate sustainable investment, and amending Regulation (EU) 2019/2088. List of operations of strategic importance, with all environmental objectives of the DNSH principle: 1) climate change mitigation, 2) climate change adaptation, 3) sustainable use and protection of water and marine resources, 4) circular economy; 5) prevention and control of pollution, 6) protection and restoration of biodiversity and ecosystems. During the examination and evaluation of tenders and at the stage of performance of the contract, the Contracting Authority may request the Contractors to submit documents confirming compliance of the performance of the subject of the contract with the DNSH principle, in accordance with the declaration submitted. The detailed scope and responsibilities of the Contractor in the scope of the DNSH Principle are detailed in Annex 4 - Model Contract. 7.
