This notice concerns a defence or security contract for the maintenance in operational condition (MCO) and obsolescence treatment of automated storage facilities in service within the Naval Logistics Service. It is part of a procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2324-3, R. 2324-3 and R. 2361-8 to R. 2361-11 of the Public Procurement Code.
