Description

The consultation relates to a framework agreement concluded following the open tendering procedure pursuant to Article 28 of Order No 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 and Articles 25, 66 to 68 and 78 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 on public procurement. The purpose of the framework agreement is to lay down the terms governing the contracts to be awarded for the supply and delivery of electricity at the points of delivery of low-voltage public lighting and light-signalling buildings and equipment to subscribed powers less than or equal to 36 kVa for Brest métropole and the city of Brest. Brest métropole is the coordinator of the order group formed between Brest métropole and the city of Brest for the purchase of electricity.
